Affordable Homes
McLaren’s track record of delivering affordable homes has given us a keen understanding of how to be successful within the sector. We have established a long-standing supply chain of sub-contractors, forging partnerships to deliver high-quality and durable homes, often within challenging budgets.
Build to Rent (BTR)
Experienced in BTR frameworks, McLaren have extensive expertise in product innovation focusing on long term asset ownership in larger, purpose-designed blocks. For BTR projects, we concentrate on design flexibility with joined-up communal services and base product specifications, whilst creating scope to change superficial finishing over the long term.
High Rise living
Our specialist team have delivered numerous towers and understand how to manage people and materials during a high-rise building project, and how to secure an envelope whilst the frame progresses at height.
