Project Q, also known as Falak 6, is a 6-storey commercial building complete with three levels of basement including all superstructure works, with joinery and finishes and MEP works all to the shell and core areas.
Further works include the supervision and coordination of the Client nominated Fit Out Contractor who is fully operation in the site under the working regulations and site control of the McLaren international team.
External works and external services were also completed comprising of hard and soft landscaping, inclusive of landscaping to areas outside of the building plot.
The project involved complex strengthening and amendments of the minimal structure that had already been commence in previous years together with complex logistics and planning due to the site location, which is fully surrounded by existing commercial buildings in one of the busiest commercial areas of Dubai.
Working hours and work restrictions for the use of mobile cranes on adjacent parking areas created additional challenges but were overcome successfully by the experienced site delivery team.
The team worked alongside the developer who intended to occupy part of this high-quality office development with their new HQ offices.
