Paris Gardens is a contemporary student accommodation scheme developed by our development company McLaren Property.

Comprising a 13-storey tower and a nine-storey tower connected by a central podium, the impressive-looking property houses 253 student bedrooms and the Central School of Ballet.

Accommodation is split between fully self-contained studio units and two/three bedroom apartments with shared social areas. Students also enjoy a communal penthouse lounge with roof gardens, and a terrace with trees on the podium roof between the towers. The link between the two towers features ‘living walls’ of greenery to add to the aesthetic character.

The lower levels of one of the buildings provide a new 35,000 sq ft home for the Central School of Ballet.

Paris Gardens is located in the prime South Bank area of central London, within a 15 minute walk of Covent Garden and central London. King’s College and London School of Economics (LSE) are within a five minute walk, and there is easy access to the University College London Bloomsbury campus.

The scheme was sold to LetterOne.
