101 Cleveland Street is a high-end residential development in the heart of London’s Fitzrovia. The scheme comprises 88 luxury apartments, 15 affordable housing units, 35,000 sq ft of commercial space and four retail units spread over the ground floor and basement levels.
The development was carried out by Dukelease Properties, a joint venture between Art-Invest Real Estate UK and German real estate developer ECE, both of them embarking in their very first business venture in the UK.
101 Cleveland Street comprises three towers – the first ten-floor tower includes 73 homes, the second and third towers comprise 15 residential units each across four floors. A range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments were built, alongside four premium penthouses with private rooftop terraces.
Amenities include a gym, screening room, dining room, lounge, sauna and landscaped gardens on the podium level.
Seeking to offer a product that provides a ‘London Lifestyle’ like no other, the fit out included:
- Fully fitted Italian Kitchens by DADA
- Miele fitted appliances
- Oak engineer timber chevron flooring
- Underfloor heating
- Comfort Cooling
PVs were incorporated on the roof of the project as well as a very sustainable boiler/CHP/heating cooling system. Externally, the scheme includes two large podium gardens with play space as well as a 500 sq m sedum green roof. Bee, bat and bug houses have also been appropriately placed across the development. The scheme achieved 'BREEAM Excellent' accreditation.
