Delivered in March 2023, this exciting project provides a state-of-the-art resource for teaching science with fantastic new laboratory facilities, but also creates significant space in the current campus for specialist classrooms and enhanced Sixth Form facilities and enhanced sports hall facilities.

This multi storey building was constructed in a challenging and restricted access position with very tight logistics, whilst maintaining a fully operational school with close interface with students, parents and complex vehicle logistics and sequencing.

The first phase of the project back in December 2021 involved the complex routing of new services through most of the existing school to the location of the new science block and had to be done in a fast-track manner during the school December shutdown and be ready for the new term in January, therefore extremely time critical.
