This large refurbishment project comprises of the high-profile revamp of the former House of Fraser flag-ship building, located on London’s iconic Oxford Street.

Originally occupied by DH Evans, the project will see the extensive overhaul of the existing 6-storey 1930’s premises to provide state-of-the-art mixed used facility, including retail, commercial, and leisure. The building will undergo extensive structural configuration to enhance its offering, including facade repairs to fix its crumbling exterior and conversion of upper floors to provide both Cat A & B commercial space and a 17,000 sq rooftop restaurant offering 360 degree views of the surrounding area.

Once complete, the new facility will provide a vibrant mix of uses in a prime London location.
