A selection of the team from our Marble Arch House site have contributed to the renovation of a community centre for local enterprise Maida Hill Place, based in Westminster.

This involved external and internal painting and decorating of the community centre and its kitchen, previously a derelict restaurant.  Ten of the Marble Arch House site team each spent a day working on the project, McLaren also engaged its supply chain to assist with materials, plumbing and additional labour.

Maida Hill Place is a more-than-profit community enterprise developed with the local community and businesses for the benefit of all who live and work in north Westminster. Opening in September it will be used as a venue for various purposes including classes, workshops, community projects and private functions, to name a few.

McLaren are working on the redevelopment of Marble Arch House, 62-64 Seymour Street in London’s West End on behalf of client, British Land. The mixed use scheme will involve the redevelopment and refurbishments of two properties resulting in 10 high specification apartments, a seven storey office block with CAT A fit out including retail units to be located on the ground floor.
