McLaren Construction is pleased to announce its appointment as main contractor for the redevelopment of Marble Arch House and 62-64 Seymour Street in London’s West End on behalf of client, British Land.

The mixed use scheme will involve the redevelopment and refurbishments of two properties located on Seymour Street resulting in 10 high specification apartments, a seven storey office block with CAT A fit out including retail units to be located on the ground floor.

Phase one of construction is due to start in April 2012 with completion expected in October 2014. British Land is the developer with a long lease interest and the Portman Estate are the freeholder.
