Allied London has chosen Lendlease and McLaren as their partners to deliver a £1bn development in the heart of Manchester.
The St John’s scheme involves creating a new neighbourhood centred on the Old Granada Studios complex, comprising of one million sq ft of high rise residential, cut & carve, commercial as well as mixed-use space.
