McLaren Construction Yorkshire & North East secures place on £1.5bn YORbuild Major Works 2 Framework

McLaren Construction Yorkshire & North East has secured a place on Lot 2 of the new£1.5bn YORbuild Major Works 2 Framework, covering projects valued at more than £30m.

The public sector procurement framework covers the Yorkshire & Humber region, as well as the North East of England, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and parts of Leicestershire, with a variety of projects available to tender over a 4 year term and an option to extend for a further two years.

The framework, managed by East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Leeds City Council, provides a compliant, transparent and efficient route to procure major building works. It is designed to support value for money, social value, responsible procurement and opportunities for regional supply chains.

McLaren's Yorkshire& North East division, led by Managing Director Andrew Beaumont, is anestablished team based in Leeds city centre, with extensive experience,regional insight and proven public sector credentials. The team's track recordacross a broad range of projects positions the division as a strong deliverypartner for major project schemes through the framework.
