• A £48 million commercial office development in the City of London for Mercer Real Estate Partners
• A £23 million production facility in Stafford for Goodman • Kuehne+Nagel’s £47 million new distribution centre at Donnington, Telford

In addition, McLaren has been awarded preferred bidder status on contracts worth more than £500 million for developers including British Land, Stoford Developments, Bericote Developments, Aerium, the London borough of Hackney, CCURV, LXB Investments, Viridis and BNP Paribas.
Overall McLaren Construction employs in excess of 700 people in the UK and the United Arab Emirates, having been established in 2002. Employees have been consulted on these changes, which will take effect immediately.
There will be no job losses as a result of the re-organisation, and McLaren will instead be looking to grow employee numbers. It will continue to operate from its Chiswell Street and Curzon Street bases in London, Brentwood, Birmingham, Leeds, Warrington, Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices.
