We are a fast growing business, which means we are agile to changing sectors, and markets across the globe. Beyond this our Learning and Development team have developed structured training programmes, mentoring and digital learning tools to support you in any additional pursuits you may have at work.

Throughout the year we support various charities both inside and outside of work. From charity walks to industry football matches or supporting local communities, these are some of the ways we've helped these organisations. Everyone that works at McLaren is entitled to two fully paid volunteering days per year to support a charity or organisation of their choosing. The McLaren team recently completed the Three Peaks Challenge raising over £30,000 for Light House Construction Charity.
